About me

My story

Allyson Bronis smiling in a forest

Birth and motherhood have been the biggest initiations of my life, and they continue to shape how I relate in this world.

After ten years with my daughter’s father, I saw the roles we unconsciously agree to step into through conditioning. Identities get lost. Desire becomes a foreign language. With so much change comes unreconciled grief. Through the dissolving of my partnership, I learned firsthand how distance grows when resentment builds and emotional safety erodes.

I’m here to offer non-judgmental witnessing and respect to mothers and fathers who want to become more intimate with their deepest truths, and to honestly, courageously communicate them in relationships. I believe pleasure is an essential nutrient and our desires are worthy of celebration. Eroticism is a language we keep learning and resourcing through every season, including the gates of grief and loneliness, and it holds the potential to create a dynamic of regenerative love.

I am currently studying the VITA™ coaching methodology, an approach to sex, love, and relationships that weaves together co-active coaching, breathwork and somatics, an eclectic blend of Neo Tantra and Taoist practices and energy systems, interpersonal neurobiology, positive psychology, parts work, and much more. This work has supported me in deepening unconditional self-love, helped build my nervous system’s capacity for true safety, and cultivated my body’s connection to embodied pleasure.

Coaching, to me, is finding out where you’ve been and where you want to go, then discovering the tools you already have so you can feel empowered in your deepest choosing.

Full-bellied gratitude and honor to the humans whose teachings and mentorship continue to impact my life with grand gestures of beauty: Kimberley Ann Johnson, Layla Martin, Marina Nabao, Cory Scott, Amanda Testa, Alexandre Jodun, Kendra Cunov, Stephen Jenkinson, and the Great Mother.

May we honor all our relations with deep respect, presence, and authenticity to fortify our families and beyond. May our pleasure fuel our playfulness. May we give ourselves the gift of our own touch. May we grow into more self-responsible, self-respecting, self-forgiving, and deeply self-loving adults, and may we remember our true belonging.

With warmth, Allyson
